My Review: I noticed that this treatment turns from green to a very light beige. If your skin tone is any darker than light shades, this may not be the product for you. Obviously that’s a super limiting factor, but if you do have a lighter skin tone, you’re in luck! My skin tone is 3Y03 at Sephora, and this product definitely gives me a bit of sickly hue - not so cute. Now I personally wouldn’t have a problem with this if makeup applied nicely over it, but this too was a bit disappointing. Also, I personally don’t like wearing products that conceal my freckles, which this did quite a bit.
What are the upsides? This has a slight moisturizing effect to it and it does conceal redness very well! People even report that it has reduced the redness of their skin over time. The product has a 4.5 star rating on Sephora, so obviously it’s well loved! So if you’ve got paler skin and struggle with persistent redness, this just might be your dream product. Just keep in mind you may still need a moisturizer to go underneath it if your skin is on the drier side.
