My Current Nighttime Skincare Routine

For me, a nightly skincare routine is not only a good way to take care of my skin, but also a good way to wind down and take some time for myself at the end of the day. This month I've been testing out some new products (which you can see in my recent haul video) and incorporating them for the most part into my nighttime routine.

To start, I've been removing my makeup with Clarins Water Purify One-Step Cleanser With Mint Essential Water. I've found that it's a nice alternative to the cleansing wipes I typically use, just because a little gentler on my skin, and on my eyes in particular. Plus it smells super lovely and fresh! I follow that up a couple of times a week with the Yes To Grapefruit Pore Perfection Brightening Peel to exfoliate and treat any dark marks. It's an awesome inexpensive option that I've had great results with.

Next up, I've been loving the Clarins Detox Booster and the Clarins Repair Booster. The Detox is great for decongesting skin and restoring radiance, and the Repair is amazing for soothing redness. I mix a couple of drops of each into a smidge of Neutrogena Deep Moisture Comfort Balm - Norwegian Formula and press it all gently into my skin. While that settles in, I use a little Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado around my eyes (not too much because I hate that heavy moisturizer feeling on my eyes, you know?).

To finish up, a couple of nights a week I layer on the Kiehl’s Cilantro and Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Mask (which I recently reviewed, check it out here). A thick layer of Glossier Balm Dotcom on my lips and I'm ready for bed!
